ddm-sync

About

ddm-sync is a small Linux desktop utility for fixing mismatches between multi-monitor desktop layouts and login-screen layouts.

Why it exists

Multi-monitor users often see the login screen use a different primary monitor, orientation, or arrangement than the desktop session. ddm-sync copies the layout you already configured to the display manager.

Design boundary

It does not manage monitor settings itself. It copies the existing configuration to the location expected by the login screen.
